I used to purchase the Nopal tablets when I vacationed in Mexico - haven't been there in years & it was nice to find them at Wal-Mart...it says on the bottle that it helps if you have high cholesteral (which I do)...didn't know it was good for that...but, the reason I like them is because they're known to burn fat...I do notice I can control my weight by taking them...have friends that take them & they do lose weight...so, now not only will it help lower my cholesteral but keep the weight down.

    I've been taking nopal for 3 years for my arthritis in my knee it really works. I showed them to my dr and she wants to try them.I would recommend these to everyone. thank you tadin for an amazing product.
