LOVE it!!!
The quality is really nice, and the 21' is bigger than I thought it would be. I purchased it for a trip to take as my “personal item” bag and do think it would fit under my seat but ordered the smaller size just in case. I love the red interior, it's very spacious and overall definitely worth the $$.

I want my money back
I used this 2 times and on the second trip the stap broke completely and I barely used it 2 times and only used the strap to walk to and from hotel room now its useless to me

    Fell apart on second trip.
    Second time I used this for an overnight trip, the latch on the shoulder strap stretched and became unusable, and the stitching to the connections to one of the smaller handles came apart. Very poorly constructed. While good for a laugh that you didn't pay over $2000 for it, it should at least last more than two trips.

    Buy the thick strap.
    If you get this bag make sure you get this one. Not the one with the thinner strap. I've read others had issues with the thin one. So far I love my bag but I haven't used it yet. I love that it came in a protective cover. The colors are true to the picture. Even the lining is nice. Shish I could purchase a wallet and backpack purse just like it.

    Buy the bag!
    This is a great LV dupe! There was a smell when I unboxed my bag! Nothing some Febreeze (on the inside) didnt take care of. It came with some side wrinkles. Also not a concern! Just stuff the bag until it maintains a smooth shape! Overall I recommend this bag. I gave it four stars for the price, appearance

    I was skeptical about ordering this duffle at first, but I am really glad I did. Not only is it spacious it looks really good. I got so many compliments and people thought it was the real thing. It even came with it's own dust bag. I would definitely recommend

    Cute Bag but…
    The bag is really cute. However using it one time I noticed that the shoulder straps always unfasten by themselves on the side of the bag. So once I take the back of my shoulder the strap falls off the bag. So I have to fix it every single time. The bag also came with a weird, strong smell. If it wasn't for those two issues I would've gave the bag four stars. But I think the bag could definitely be sold at a cheaper price.

    BUY! BUY! BUY!
    I've been eyeing this travel bag for about a year now and finally pulled the trigger because we're taking a vacation. It's perfection! It looks way more expensive than it really is. Much larger and roomier than I expected and you can still carry on a plane. Worth every penny.
