Half of shampoo leaked during shipping.
The product is great, works well. My issue is that the top of the shampoo bottle was not on tight and half of the bottle leaked out. I will continue to use this product but I will pick up at store rather than have shipped from here on out.

    This shampoo and conditioner is some of the best I've used because it is extremely hydrating to my hair. The conditioner is especially my favorite providing the moisture my hair needs as a conditioner and even a leave in, love it!

    the mail man left by a door my neighbor told he has to bring it up stairs he said he's not allowed which I know is not true. I can't walk they have brought it to my door almost every time. Please straighten this out for me. Thank you

    Unhappy with packaging and shipping!!!!!
    I love both the shampoo and cream rinse. What I don't like is how Walmart ships it. The lids were loose on two of the bottle and I had a horrible mess in the box plus lost some of the product.

    Bad Packaging for Shipping
    Good Product, but the packaging could be better, the heat shrink that keeps them together makes the bottles pinch each other at the bottoms and causes cracks in them during the shipping process. I would recommend picking these up in the store and not having them shipped.

    my wife uses thisbsince she was 16 never has and hair problems everytime she switches to anything else her hair gets bad toll she switches back i never thought there was a diffrence in the brands but o guess there is

    Horrible! My hair hasn't stopped falling out since I've used it!. I used to love this brand. Not no more!. i would give a 0 but that's not an option.
