Really great!
I did a lot of research, saw a lot of videos, read a lot of articles. When they said "if you want great 55"-65" for under $1,000 get this" they were not kidding. I'm not a gamer, so take that into account. But, for an avid movie/TV watcher. It simply cannot be beat! The motion, clarity, depth, tones and colors are incredible. If the uploaded pictures don't "pop" it's solely the fault of my phone camera. If they do, imagine how much better it is without the camera. Don't waste time. Don't wait for a sale because they'll be gone. This 6 series mini-led QLED just came out in August. There's a reason it's already sold out once.

This is the first time I have spent time writing a review because the purchase was so bad! I bought much more expensive televisions but I purchased this for a spare room because the reviews were so good. Well, you get what you pay for, I have nothing but issues with this television, it won't stream properly, the mic rarely works the sound would stop working randomly. I try to stream and get static or it will only stream to 25% and won't play. Most streaming apps won't work. I do not have these issues with my LG OLED TV in the next room so there is no other issues occurring expect a poor TV quality. Do not buy this television!!! It is crap and does not work!

Requires much study to know what you are getting.
Over all, nice TV. Pros: Easy to set up. Very stable support legs. Not a lot of programming required. Sound pretty good, even with out sound bar. Good view angle and bright picture at rather low intensity settings. Pulls in a huge number of digital air stations. Cons: Can no longer use my DVD player, even with a new patch cord. Certain video file containers are not translatable (this may be a ROKU issue). Very crisp picture, but hard to control saturation from source to source. No analog signal capability (over the air antenna).

You get what you pay for...
I've been using this TV for a year now, mostly for gaming (Xbox Series X) and streaming apps. The Good: When this TV is working properly, the picture is pretty nice. Though this TV is not equipped with HDMI 2.1, it does come with a nice array of features for the price point and size. The Bad: Buggy operating system, unresponsive inputs, garbage controller. I'm running this TV with my Xbox Series X in 1440p 120hz with HDR in most games. For some reason, the TV just does not vibe well with the Xbox Series X. If I play a COD series game, this TV randomly goes into a "demo mode" or something (slowly flashes solid colors on the screen) mainly when navigating game menus. I also have an issue where my TV will dim flash (Halo Infinite, Apex Legends) and sometimes dim itself indefinitely requiring a TV restart to correct. I also have a random issue when first booting my TV and Xbox Series X, going from the Roku main screen to my Xbox input and the screen just becomes black, though the sound still works. The controller the TV comes with is absolute trash. When the controller works, the buttons are way too responsive to the slightest touch. You can literally just touch a button and it will register. I've had instances where I've got up and lightly tossed it on the couch and my TV would turn off or change input. Also, possibly related to what I just said, the controller seems to consistently draw power, draining batteries super fast. Either that or the controller is just as buggy as the TV where it's just randomly unresponsive unless I take the batteries out and put them back in. Overall: This TV may be fine for someone who uses a simple cable box (though I'd recommend programming a better controller) but I would not recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for something reliable for their Xbox Series X. I do not have much confidence this TV will last long. I am already looking into other brands as I complete this review.

Great display quality, terrible because its a Roku
Overall display quality is great. The hdr is amazing and can only be beat by LG OLED. I think it would be nice if it could go brighter for watching tv during the day. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because its a Roku tv, which means the only remote that comes with it is a normal crappy Roku remote. This remote sucks. Like its the worst remote ever. If the tv was $200, Id still say it was the worst remote ever. Roku sucks. The operating system sucks and the remote only registers about 1 in 4 clicks no matter how hard you press or how long you wait between clicks. Its worthless. I just use an Apple TV connected to it and use the Apple TV remote to turn it on and off. Another downside is the Apple TV remote wont change the volume on the tv like it did my old one. This should no longer be an issue when I get my new receiver, but definitely a negative.

    Best Budget TV for PS5
Definitely satisfied with performance and gaming experience. You can watch YouTube videos on how to set up but do some research. This TV is capable of so much you just have to know what to look for and what you're doing. Everyone thinks this TV lacks in depth picture settings because they go to the home menu. Even youtubers. Click the star button on remote to access even more picture settings, thx gaming mode, and advanced settings. It's also important to note this TV is 120hz native. Very important for gaming. 120 Tru motion or smooth motion is false advertising. That's 60hz sped up to look like 120hz. You also need to make sure your ps5, Xbox.. Etc.. Is properly setup in the settings as well. Enable hdr, performance mode and you will get what you're paying for. Smooth-vivid gaming with no lag whatsoever. I play call of duty with an actually gaming router, modem and 1gb internet. Low ping-no lag and the TV keeps up no problem. No stutters or screen tearing. Please note.. Black levels are decent but if you want true blacks you should look at an old TV that's at least $1,000. In my opinion the blacks are good but don't fake away from the gaming or viewing experience.

    Great tv with minor hiccups
Picture is fantastic and the colors really do "pop". However after only a couple weeks have had some random shutdowns of the TV where it will black out and reload itself in the TCL / Roku loading screen. Once as well the audio would get stuck and be very loud and only solution was to turn the TV off and unplug for a minute. I think there are other issues with HDMI and HDR properly connecting but otherwise if you've had a TCL ROKU tv before the menu system is very good and easy to use.

    Better than more expensive QLED's
I had a Samsung QLED 6 series before I purchased this TCL mini-led and I have to praise the beauty of the picture. The colors are extremely vibrant and it has features reserved for much more expensive TV's. Probably the most overlooked and best feature is the highly customizable picture menu to satisfy any viewing taste! One note is the leg stands are huge...like I had the purchase a bigger stand even though the old set was 55in too.

    Santa was generous this year
Customer service is awesome. Picture and sound great. Ease of use simple. Love Roku. Even the antenna is as good as streaming. This T.V. is a beast can't be happier with this purchase.
