Packed for adventure!
The Swiss Tech Urban Trek Spinner Luggage is filled with handy features for your weekend trip or your trip abroad. Lots of pockets and handy features like the shoe pocket, wet interior zipper for swimsuits, TSA locks, external zips, usb charger holder. My favorite feature is the roominess. I also found the olive green fabric easy to wipe clean. The suitcase is light which means my weight is what I put in the suitcase and not the suitcase itself. I travel a lot and I have been through many suitcases, backpacks and duffels. The features that put this piece above the rest are the 360 degree wheels, the handles on the side and top, the telescopic handle, the heavy duty zippers. In most cases, the zippers and the telescopic handles were the first items to go. The Swiss Tech zippers look like they are rugged and will hold up to some solid use.

Handle broke on first use
The first time I used it the handle snapped off. The bay it's self is nice and I was really happy with it until now

    Does SwissTech have customer service?
    I want very much to rate this item 5 Stars, but on my first use, the secondary handle (the one on the bottom of the suitcase between the wheels) tore. I had it loaded to about 38 lbs, so well within the bags weight limit. I have been absolutely stymied in my attempts to contact Customer Service for SwissTech about how to file a warranty claim. I'm hoping someone at SwissTech Customer Service is monitoring these comments and can help me out!

    help with lock instructions
    can anyone help me understand how this lock works?? there are no instructions on how it works and combination and I need help with it. otherwise the quality of the suitcase is great. i got the 28 inch olive green one. help please!

    SCAM Alert!!! Ordered large suitcase for $119.00 plus tax, total $135.00 Was mailed a tiny $20.00 suitcase plus it was the wrong color and the box was open. Do not buy. Photos show what you get when you buy a 28" gray suitcase, it is a 18" puke green bag

    I received this. swiss tech Urban Trek 20 Soft Side Luggage, in exchange of an honest review.  This luggage car in right away after putting in my order.  That's a very important matter to me since i might've need them right away.  This swiss tech Urban Trek 20 Soft Side Luggage comes in a box readyto go . No need to put it together all you do is open it up it's ready to go . This luggage comes in the color olive with some black on it. It's a decent color, it help maintained clean . I like how this luggage even though it hs plenty of space and pockets it isn't the heavy.  Even if it get super heavy after you have al your items in there you dont need to worried about carrying it around it also comes with 360 wheels on it. This luggage also has With three upright spinners in 28 inch, 24 inch, and 20 inch sizes, as well as a 16 inch under seater that helps provide plenty of options to place your items.  It also comes with an extendable handle it can be pulled along behind you or it even has a handle on the sude to grab if you like to carry it yourself.  It also comes with oversized wet pouch and removable shoe bag that lets you keep your dirty clothes and shoes separate. That to me is very important because no one wants to mix there dirty clothing with the clean. It also with a lock on it which I love very much, helps me protect my more valuable stuff in there.  Another thing that i love is it comes with a USB and a place to keep my cellphone safe . I honestly love everything about this swiss tech Urban Trek 20 Soft Side Luggage, in the color olive.  I love how its made out of great material.  Material that will last a long time. Very sturdy and strong to hold up all my shoes,clothing and accessories.  This is perfect for me, i will be looking forward to buying one for my husband.  I also love  the fact they have different size just in case you need a bigger size.  I honestly recommend this to everyone. It's great and very helpful for when you travel.

    Extremely versatile carry on bag
    The SwissTech Urban Trek 20 Soft Side Luggage, Olive color bag is an awesome and extremely versatile carry on sized piece of luggage. With its extendable handle it can be pulled along behind you on two wheels or beside you on all four wheels. The large compartment has three zippered areas built into it: a zippered pouch at the top that is clear so that you can see what inside it, a bag pouch for a pair of shoes or similar item, and a small pouch on one end for medicinal items. The outer two zippered compartments sit on top of the bottom large compartment. The bag can expand from seven inches up to nine inches in depth by unzipping the additional zipper for this purpose. The nicest feature that I like about this bag is that the zippers for the large main compartment hook into a combination lock that is made so that airport security can open it to search the items inside. Overall, I think this bag is very sturdy and will stand up to casual air travel. The only part of the bag that I worry about is the elastic pouch on the outside of the bag that could get caught on something. I would highly recommend this bag for anyone looking for a carry-on travel bag.

    My family and I don't travel much but when we do we usually go far, like out of the country far. Most of the time we have to do layover. Which means rough handling of luggage from one plane to another. This luggage is great for all of that, it is very strong material, easy to pull, push and drag, has Great features like extra storage, a compartment for storing wet clothes, USB port, and TSA approved integrated lock. Wheels are 360 degrees spinners which is what makes it easy to handle. It's small enough to use as carry on but can definitely be put in the back with the rest of the luggage. The olive green color is great, won't get dirty as quick as other lighter colors, the handle can be adjusted to 3 different levels. It's awesome!

    We are really liking this piece of luggage. It's a nice size to pack for one person. I like that the wheels turn 360 degrees for ease of use. It has a USB port on the side so you can have a portable battery in your bag and charge a device. There are lots of pockets, even one for wet clothes so that the rest of your clothes dont get wet. Even packed, this suitcase doesnt weight a lot. I am looking forward to purchasing more complementing pieces to replace older luggage.

    Perfect Weekend Luggage!
    My luggage has not been updated in years, and the Swiss Tech Urban Trek 20" Spinner piece is the perfect new addition. It's small enough to carry on an airplane but roomy enough to hold enough clothes for a weekend for an "over packer" like myself! The Swiss Tech suitcase is made of premium fabric that will withstand being thrown around at baggage claim. I personally love the olive color, which is stylish, but also easy to find in a sea of black bags. The bag has 8 wheels with 360 degree spinners for easy maneuverability. It also has a 2 inch expansion space that zips around the front of the bag. The bag has 3 interior compartments and comes with a wet bag and removable shoe pouch. It also has the TSA compatible zippers. It's lightweight but durable. Overall, I really like this piece of luggage.
