Don't trust shippers.
The backpack looked fine, but it was damaged in shipping and I had to return it. A thin plastic bag is not enough for shipping by FedEx. It should have been shipped in a cardboard box.

    Great Swiss Backpack
    Great backpack so far. I really like the pockets inside and the overall look of the bag.Feels a lot more expensive than what I thought it would. I would put it up against more expensive Swiss backpacks.
