My Go-To Choice of Sweetener
This is my go-to sweetener. Because it is powdered it doesn't recrystallize as easily as the others. I just wish it was sold locally so I wouldn't have to order it online.

Great alternative to sugar
I am enjoying Swerve products, I have to watch my carbs/sugars. These products are decent and allows me to have healthier desserts and make more recipes than before.

    This is diabetic powdered sugar. It is good to have a substitute that we can use. My only problem with it is that it is shockingly sweet.

    Works well for KETO-friendly ICE CREAM!
    I bought this to use in making KETO-friendly ICE CREAM with a recipe I found online, which I did. It was good, and my blood glucose measurement barely moved, after eating a whole bowlful of the ice cream (I have a Continuous Glucose Monitor device). Basically, you can just mix a cup of heavy cream, three tablespoons of Swerve Confectioner, and a teaspoon of vanilla in a mason jar, shake the jar until the cream doubles in size, and then put it in the freezer for four or five hours. Then eat it! That was my first try and I think that there are better recipes out there, mainly having to do with better physical characteristics, like being creamier and also not freezing too hard in case you don't eat it right away. More experiments are needed!

    I am working on being more compliant with keto. I have tried several different ways to sweeten and most are just plain yucky. recently made cheesecake "fluff" using this sweetener and it was so delicious ! I make the fluff often and always make sure I have this on hand.

    Finally something sweet!!
    Finally something sweet!!I started keto a month ago and desperately need something sweet! I purchased this and the first day I received it I made a chocolate buttercream frosting with almost no carbs. There's no funny aftertaste or bitterness and it's so good my 11 yr old loved it! This is a versatile sweetner and I look forward to future recipes! Also, the bag is resealable, bonus!
