    Taking zinc gluconate day has helped boost our immune system.

    I feel fantastic!
    Less than a week after I began taking this with the Quercetin/Bromelain and Flaxseed Oil, I noticed that I feel fantastic! I've been taking a variety of supplements, but this combination made such a noticeable difference that I am recommending them to everyone in my family. In particular, I noticed I have higher energy, no more brain fog, and an increased sense of overall wellbeing. (The Zinc Picolinate & Quercetin/Bromelain work together, so be sure to take them at the same time.) Very happy with these Swanson products!

    As I have just added this to my intake of supplements I can't honestly say there working as of yet. But the product did come in a timely fashion and the capsules looked good. The 5 star was for packaging and the product itself.Will know in a few weeks how it is working for me. So far as for the other products I have ordered from Swanson I have been quite pleased and there prices are fair.
