They are fine, but next time I'd like to go back to the smaller capsules. The larger ones are harder for me to swallow. I'd just take more of the smaller ones.

    Brilliant; Adding Coconut Oil to Vitamin-D
    I love this Vitamin-D. I think it's brilliant Swanson's puts coconut oil in these, easy to take, capsules. I take one right before I go to bed. I know Coconut Oil is healthy and taking it this way beats eating it.

    They work great! Vita D is absorbed better when taken with fat, so the combination of Vita D with the coconut oil makes them absorb better. My Vita D levels are excellent since I've been taking them.
