    Okay, but the strength is low. I should have ordered 500 mg. But, I’ll just take 5 pills ? and order stronger next time. Otherwise, the product is great!

    Good brand!
    I take one B 1 daily. I am happy with this one. It isn't a vitamin that you will take and notice some difference. But my Doctor put me on 100 mg several years ago. Swanson brand I believe is a good one.

    I take B1 along with other B vitamins, so can’t say specifically what it does. I just know that I have a lot of energy for my age (75+).
