    Price was right, but
    I know Magnesium citrate helps relax my muscles, but this product does not agree with me. Apparently there is not enough Magnesium Citrate in it. Disappointed. I will stick to another brand.

    It works!
    Severe leg cramps had become a normal for me. I started out taking potassium, no change. I then added magnesium and it tried to work but not well. When I saw this blend in your website I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try. I am proud to tell you I no longer get leg cramps! This is a new blend maybe that's why. I am just more than pleased it works for me. I take potassium in the morning and the magnesium at night.

    Only triple mag I could find
    Was recommended to take Magnesium orally and oil spray topically by my Osteopathic Doctorto try to help my muscle/back/ neck / migraine issues. Saw no change. Capsules are large and can be hard to swallow. Not seeing any changes even after a full month of use.

    I'm an elderly woman that's been taking this product for almost year. Previously, I had a few fair readings for my semi-annual blood work; however, my most recent blood work readings were so good, it surprised my doctor! He said whatever I'm doing, to continue. The only thing I did different, was I started taking this product. Looking at me, I may not look healthy, but darn if my blood work doesn't reflect that I am! I am very very pleased with this product!
