Easy for young players yet still a challenge
We love Mario games in this house and this game was surprisingly fun for all age ranges with the youngest still a toddler able to play a bit of this yet it was enough of a challenge for the adults. There's so much to explore with this game and something new to discover even after finishing ‘boss fights'

Not Mario Odyssey, Fake game cartridge inside!!!
Buyer beware!!! Received fake game cartridge!! I bought this for my 5 year old who’s been asking for it all year. She was so excited to finally open it this morning. I opened the package and handed it to her and I heard my 12 year old yell “that’s not Mario Odyssey!” They brought the game to show me and the cartridge is completely fake. Doesn’t even have the metal part on the back for the system to read the game. I don’t understand how Walmart is selling fake games. I didn’t buy this from a private seller on Walmart either. It came directly from Walmart.

    Decent game. Difficult for little kids
    It's probably the best Mario game for the Nintendo Switch. I'd have to say there's quite a lot to do. Sadly the second player is just the hat. Instead of having a normal character. I haven't yet gotten all the stuff you have to collect. I've probably got that part half finished. It's a little difficult for beginners as the game gets harder as you progress. The story is kinda strange. Like why did Bowser want to marry Peach on the Moon? Also how are they able to breath without oxygen but in the ocean kingdom you can drown when you first get there. The graphics are really good.

    Best Mario game since Galaxy
    Waited way too long to pick this game up, now it is definitely in my top 3 favorite Mario games. The best Mario game since Galaxy in my opinion. Worth every penny and would recommend picking up before the switch is discontinued.

    Be on the lookout for fake games.
    Nintendo game was fake. Very surprised to see Walmart victim of IPR violation. Item was delivered from a local store to my home via local driver. No idea if Walmart received a batch of Fake IPR items or if the diver swapped the Nintendo game.

    Delivered Dog Food instead of nintendo game.
    The delivery person left a bag of kibbles and buts instead if my grandsons mario odyssey nintendo game. That was his Christmas gift. I kept waiting for delivery until I went to Walmart website and saw they left a picture of what they delivered.
