GREAT Treadmill for the price/quality
Let me tell you. I wasn't sure about this treadmill, but when I got it set up, which didn't take much effort/knowledge at all, and like someone else on here stated, it's almost addicting to use ! Dr said for me to get some walking in; I work a desk job all day. And because it's manual and inclined, boy do you get a workout ! After like 10 minutes, here comes the sweat and I feel good afterwards, like I got the blood moving. And you can run on it, although I'm a senior and do not run and you also can hold onto with one hand and swing a weight in the other. I definitely approve of telling others if you're looking for some walking exercise in your home, this is the one to buy. I feel like I did cardi with it ! And it doesn't take much effort to walk on it either, being manual. I feel with manual, unlike an electric one, you get more of a workout because you work your legs at your pace/speed, which is what I wanted. Doesn't take up a lot of room (I have a small house) and have it off to the side. Glad I made the decision. Totally happy. Just what I wanted. Thank you.

Belt would not stay put...
I like that it is lighter and less bulky than other treadmills but unfortunately the belt would not stay centered. I tried but too much of a hassle to adjust it every time I walk. Assembled today and will return tomorrow.

    Great little treadmill
    Took my boyfriend about 15 mins to put together. Takes a little to get used to, but it works great. Takes more than just walking to operate, you definitely feel it in your legs and butt after 5 mins!!

    Easy to assemble and user friendly.
    I really like the amount of space saved when folded up and when using, only need a little room. Part I dont like, kinda wish I had spent the money and got one a little elecronic. This one puts you to the test and struggle with having MS so hopefully it gets easier in days to come. Grandsons love it too!

    I love this treadmill!!
    I love how it was so easy to put together, only took us 20 min to do it. I feel like I get a better workout on this treadmill than just walking because of the incline it has. Its easy to store away and doesn't take up too much space.

    Can not set the speed
    I must have missed where it said not electric or cannot set the speed. I got this to help recover in an injury. Unfortunately it is past 30 days due to a broken down car. Hoping I can return it or exchange for an electric one! It is great quality for the price. I just messed up

    An excellent MANUAL, affordable treadmill.
    This treadmill is a really nice affordable piece of equipment. It does not change levels and is set at the 10 inch height. I like this because it really gives me a good workout, but for those of you who don't want to walk on an incline this is not the machine for you. It's a pain in the butt to put together,I'll be honest, but it's not a dealbreaker. It really is pretty straightforward, although looking at the illustrations from the directions can be confusing. I don't like the fall resistant scratchy surfaces that they put on both sides of the treadmill because they do attract lint, but again, it's not a dealbreaker. The machine works well and I find it easy to use. It feels sturdy and I'm very happy with it, especially because the cost is so reasonable. .

    A good buy
    I'm a 56 year old woman who leads a sedentary lifestyle. Walking with the incline, had me sweating like a turkey knowing that Thanksgiving is coming. Sweating is a good thing. It's a little heavy, so I needed a little assistance from my son to assemble the treadmill. But, it's an absolute keeper and I like it a lot.

    Enjoying this manual treadmill
    I liked how it's not too heavy. Happy that the pieces are clearly marked and I was able to assemble it myself in just a little time. It did take a few times tries to adjust the tension on the walking pad since I've never had done it myself before but was easy enough. The incline is too much for me so I tried the 2x4 and it really helps. It's a bit more of a work out than the physical therapist electric machine but it gets me walking, just not as long. It's nice I can control the pace of my walking now which took a few tries but I do have to hold on the handle. Great walking again and this treadmill helps so much. Well worth the price in my opinion, I've been keeping an eye out for awhile, comparing and very happy with this manual treadmill.

    This is not electric.
    This is not an electric treadmill. I must have missed where it says that you have to push the belt with your feet to keep it going. I returned this at a local store and ordered an electric replacement. The quality for this is decent. Just not what I was looking for.

    Great little treadmill!
    This is a great small space treadmill. It arrived before due date was very easy to put together and walking on it is very smooth. It's foldable, moveable and quite sturdy. It was a bit awkward to adjust the belt tension but once set to the speed you prefer it doesn't have to be adjusted again, so no big deal. The incline is a bit steep for me at the moment but as recommended by another reviewer I put a 2 x 3 piece of wood under the back end and its perfect. Really happy with this product.
