Using as a mail package box

Suncast cut corners. older model better quality !!
Received the Suncast Storage Box today. We were expecting it to be quality as the older model we have. The new one, this one is less weight, no seal in bottom so leaks, panels bow as they are thinner. Just like so many things today, Suncast has made a much cheaper version and selling for the same price. All about money, not about the consumer. We will keep the box but wanted to warn others of the poor quality. We have attached pictures of the older model and the one we got today (gray.) So disappointed.

    The little storage box that could.
    This storage box quickly exceeded my expectations. When it arrived I was fully prepared for an assembly session with screws, bolts, wine, and profanity - this was not the case. It literally snapped together in a matter of minutes. Not only is it easy to assemble, it looks good too. It's a clean design, perfect for storing our outdoor furniture covers, and provides additional seating. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for clean, sturdy, easy to assemble, outdoor storage.

    Perfect for a Package Delivery Box
    I used this deck box to make a package delivery box. It's a good size and will hold even a large banker's box in it, it any USPS priority mail one with room to spare. I attached a metal sign that asks delivery services to please place in the box by screwing it in with screws and some nuts. It came out great, and my packages are nice and dry now protected from the rain. It also leaves less temptation right out on the porch.

    Check for quality control/melted parts
    I was going to return this but called sun cast and it appears they are going to send me a lid. I did not notice the lid was damaged until I snapped it on. Once you put these together they are extremely difficult to disassemble without breaking. That said it seems very sturdy.

    Great small storage
    This little box fit my needs perfectly to hold my rock salt and winter weather items nicely plus keeping them out if vie in the hallway. Bonus a nice little seat to put on or take off my boots

    Perfect storage box for pool pump supplies!
    It arrived on time! well made heavy plastic and very easy to put together! Color was as described. The size is just what i needed. It is study enough for my 230 6'4 husband to sit on :) I am considering additional items from this manufacture for our pool deck/screened area.

    Loved the fast shipping. Easy to assemble. Sturdy construction. My only concern was that all four sides were not completely flat as shown in the the ad photo. They are slightly bowed. Doesn't hurt the function, just looks a little off.
