Great Buy!
This a great little heating pad. I have lost count of how many we have worn out. We use these pads ourselves, but mostly we use them for the cats houses we have setup for all the strays outside in the winter to make sure they stay warm. They also last for a good amount of time. Great buy!

    Perfect heating pad!
    Love the color! Love the size! Love that it's not plastic inside a cloth cover that bunches up especially! Love that I can choose a 2 hour shut off or no shut off. This is the perfect heating pad!! I've already bought a 2nd one and will probably replace some older ones with these over time.

    BAD!!!
    this puts out the same temp from 1-6 settings.. Not enough to melt an ice cube!!! I've been using your pads for 15 years never a problem. No heat is not good. waiting on replacement!!!

    Stopped working
    I bought one of these for myself, a while back, and loved it so much that I bought a 2nd one for my brother. I shouldn't have been so hasty. Mine has already stopped working. It keeps flashing, "F". At first I was able to reset it by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Then that stopped working. So then I unplugged it at the area where it plugs into the actual heating pad, and then reattached it, and it worked for a little while longer. Then I had to do both of those things for it to work at all. However, now that won't even work. I contacted Sunbeam, and they responded right away with the fact that they RECEIVED my inquiry, but so far nothing else has been done. I'll repost if they remedy the problem to my satisfaction.

    do not purchase this model defective
    seems so nice unboxing this. finally find one with the stay on feature. 6 different settings do not change whatsoever. same tiny amount of heat and its barely warm. something is wrong if this many ppl say the same this about this product. Sunbeam should send us all a different model and an apology for our troubles.

    STAYS ON OR AUTO OFF!
    Six heat settings and stays on like they used to make them. Happy dance. It does have a two hour shut off if you choose also. Love the normal size pad verses the longer one as it does not fold over or crinkle behind my back. And to top it off, it is soft plush whereas the older ones were just flannel like.
