Nice product
I bought this as a gift and it was perfect. The length of warmer down the back and shoulders was awesome. It warmed the shoulders as well as the back.

Very disappointed!
I was so in need of this product and to finally get it and be so unhappy with it☹️. When making the product they inserted tiny little stones to keep it laying down? How can you lay on that? It is along the whole product? I don't think much thought went into making it.

    I really like this heating pad as it has the length I need and is not real heavy, long enough cord and heats nicely - controls on point as to heat selected.

    Life Saver!
    I love this heating pad. I owned one other before it finally gave out after years of use. It is perfect for my kneck and shoulder pain. I would definitely recommend it. The only reason I didnt give it five stars, is it has a bit of a funny odor to it when it heats up.

    Do not like this product at all!
    It is very heavy. To heavy for me to put on my sore shoulders. The hard border around it makes it very uncomfortable. You can not sit back in a chair without it pressing into your back. It feels like it has rocks in it. The shoulder part of it has very little heat going to it. I would not recommend to anyone.

    Cozy and warm
    My husband has some health problems leaving him chilly a good bit of the time. With winter coming we knew we had to do something to help keep him warm ! Luckily we found the sunbeam XL heat wrap. He loves using it first thing in the morning and I love it too (when I get a turn) !

    I bought two of these heating pads a month or so ago, one for myself and one for my mom. I do wish I would of chosen the longer one. The only thing I'm not happy with is the hard rice like binding on the bottom, it is hard and uncomfortable on my back.

    Searched high and low to find this heating pad.
    I have chronic pain in my back. Most heating pads are not long enough to cover further down my back. The added length makes this ideal for my shoulder/back pain. The magnetic front holds the pads together very well. I have used wraps that are heated in the microwave but they require on going heating every 30 minutes. This extra length is very valuable. I highly recommend this product.

    Really disappointing product
    I purchased th neck/shoulder/back heating pad for my mother. I wish there was something good I could identify to report on but there isn't. The pas is very heavy, uses a magnet to latch that doesn't do the job, and is sized for someone weighing about 300 pounds. The product instructions state not to lean back on the pad, so if someone were able to keep the pad on would be forced to sit upright with no back support in order to safely use it. What a joke. We returned it immediately. Too bad, the idea is a good one, just the execution is poor. I gave it 1 star because it's not possible to give it zero

    Love this product!!
    I have problems with my neck and right shoulder. Regular heating pads can't adjust to those spots. This one does! Very soft and you can wash it!
