I wouldn't buy this one
This is the worst heating pad I've ever had. The plastic inside the cover is all wrinkled up and the fiber insert around the plastic slides to the corners of the inside cover so it's of no use. I've used 3 times and useless. Poor quality for Sunbeam.

    Reg heating pad, use it correctly and it's a life
    A small cluster of these heating pads are saving my winter. I lay them under a thick sheet to create a heated bed, if you will, cutting down heating costs and effectively keeping warmth. It's also fantastic for the baby bump and older back injuries. I was annoyed by the 2 hour shut off at Forest, but it turns out that i like it that way better, it prevents overheating and the bed gets warm enough.

    Meh..
    Not crazy about it. It doesn't "wrap" right. It's stiff. So if you want to wrap it around your leg, you have to hold it, or wrap a blanket or scarf around it. And the heat is weird. On "warm" you can't feel it, and on "low" it's hot. The only thing I like is the 80's-inspired check pattern on the cover. If you need to wrap this around a body part, buy a different one. This one just, lays stiffly over my leg. Also, the cord area where it attaches to the pad has very sharp corners. I pricked myself several times in the first few minutes. I nail-filed them down to a degree. Basically, skip this one unless it's for your back.

    No heat no relief !!
    Just purchased yesterday hoping to get relief from pain but instead this heating pad was another problem added to my pain it is cheaply made with poor heating to were it barely gets hot

    cheap cover
    I like the larger size but the cover for it is thin, flimsy and scratchy. hardly the thing that could help provide the comfort you need when you need a heating pad. I would like to return it but I don't see how they will allow me to return something I got as part of my OTC benefit. I have a flannel pillow case I could use instead of the cover they provided. my humble opinion that it should be ready to use and not have a cheap cover on it.

    Wish it was bigger but does the job...
    I bought this one because it said "King" size; and even after looking at the images I thought it was bigger but I do love the safety feature of shutting off after I believe an hour or two in case I fall asleep and I know it's definitely a good product when I go to bed alone with it and wake up with two dogs curled up against it as well. I did wish it had a button or velcro to keep the thin foam that creates a layer between your skin and the pad other than the cover to protect you because it tends to move around and slip out. Other than than I love the product.

    Great for an elderly animal that suffers from pain
    Was wonderful! I actually ordered it for my cat! She is 29 years old and her bones hurt... My child keeps it super cold in my home due to a medical condition so I will put a light blanket over the pad and she will lay on it and sleep soundly! I just set my Alexa alarm for an hour and turn it off... She loves it! It was just what I was looking for! Size is wonderful and my cat is a bigger adult cat. Great product!

    Works... kinda
    The heating pad heats up that part is all fine and dandy so if you're planning on using it to simply lie on your lap or such... but if you need this for a lower back/ sciatic relief, don't bother. The simple movement of sitting down or standing up makes it ball up in to what looks like a wad of chewed gum. The over sized pillow case only adds to the problem of scrunching up
