Ok heat/massage pad.
Nice heat and massage, but the vibrating motors don't hold up over time. I like the item so much that I have purchased replacement motors for this pad.

    Massager stopped
    I love the massaging part of it for my period cramps. They're very severe for the first few days of my period. The only thing is, the massaging part stopped working all of a sudden so I only have the heating part now.

    Works great!
    I got one of these for my mother and me and we both love them. She couldn't say enough about how it helped her moderate neck and back aches. I like that you can put it behind you in a chair, put your full weight on it and it works great. Highly recommended! Highly recommend!

    Massage & Heat Pad
    I bought this item about 2 yrs ago. No major complaint..I love it. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & it's so soothing & relieves most pain & swelling. I'm 75 & easy to use & light weight to move it from one place to another. But now only one vibrating pad works, the other one , now is noisy & doing all the work. The heat does work. Just the problem with vibration performance. It was quiet before. Trying to send video so you can see & hear.. I really love it. I recommend to anyone. It's so compact & easy to use. I'm going to get another one , with both vibrating pads working. I guess I wore it out by using it so much. Lol. Awesome Pad. Can't get my video to work.
