Neat and compact!
We love our new heating pad! Not only is the cover nice and soft, but the controller fits into a pocket and the whole pad can be rolled up compactly. The pad heats up quickly and has 3 settings to provide the right amount of heat and shuts off automatically after 2 hours. The cover can also be easily removed and washed. I definitely recommend this to those searching for the right pad for some comforting heat pain relief.

    Consider a different product.
    Extremely poor quality. The heating pad itself is constructed of very thin paper-like material. It feels as if it was meant to be disposable. The cover claims to be "easy care, ultra soft, machine washable cover". The cover is very cheaply made as well

    Shuts down constantly. Unreliable.
    Does not work consistently. Have to unplug and plug back in for every day use. Strange buzz from controller button area and it shuts down. When you really need it to work it doesn't. Wish I had my money back!

    I bought this at Walmart a month or 2 ago. And I can never let it get to over the 2 hour shut off. If it gets to the 2 hours and starts blinking to auto shut off. It won't come back on for a good few hours. I believe it's defective. The remote with the settings also get super hot like the heating pad. Which isn't normal. I've tried unplugging it & plugging it back in. I've tried waiting like 10-15 mins even 30 mins won't turn on until a good few hours.

    I bought this same like item about 2 years ago, smaller version without the closure strap the one I bought had ties on the end. This version doesn't get hot enough and through the thick cover you barely feel heat. Also the cover is soft and nice but quickly looks like a smashed mess. Even after washing and fluff drying it's still a smashed mess. Sunbeam heating items have been a staple in our home since I was a kid but quality on the heating pads has not stayed the same.

    I bought this heating pad because of the fuzziness, and the different heat settings but they all feel the same. Heating pad doesnt get hot, it barely gets warm. I wasted almost $20 on this and now I have to find another brand. Keep your money and find something better.

    Disappointed and stuck
    I was so excited when I found this heating pad. I have severe back pain and sleep on a heating pad every night. It had more than one setting and that was exactly what I needed. I was so disappointed. I turned it as high as it would go. It would not have kept a flea warm in the middle of summer. Do not waste you money on this product. I desperately need to take it back because it was not cheap but I don't have a WalMart very close by and I do not like to go in the stores with the virus because I have health conditions that put me at high risk.
