Good product!
After doing many days of research I finally decided on this product. So far, I am very happy with it. It stays put, you don't feel the wires, and it gets warm very quickly. It's gets very hot on the highest level. So far I am pleased with my purchase.

My new order was... nearly new.
I did not order a nearly new item. It was previously opened, the plastic torn off, and barely fit back into the box. It was bursting at the seams and held together with tape and a dirt stain in the corner. I ordered a new one. As in... never opened. No dirt stains!!!! I cannot send it back because my disabled husband needs it now. But I will think twice about what I order from this site in the future

    not as advertised
    this pad is not quilted. if you don't put a blanket over it it feels like you're laying on the wires. which you are. very uncomfortable

    Works well. A minor problem.
    It works well and is comfortable. There is one problem. The connection of the wires to the pad is on top of the pad. My feet kept hitting the connector and it was very annoying. I ended up arranging the pad so the connection was under my pillow. Problem solved.

    After three months used it, it is not warm anymore(turned it on to max for 3 hours). Sent two requests for exchange, no answers. No customer service.

    It lowered my heating bill
    I live in an extremely cold northern state and my home only has electric heat. Needless to say my bill in the winter is astronomical. I lower my thermostat in the evening and turn on my mattress pad to preheat my bed, and I'm in heaven. Why try to heat the whole house while you're sleeping? I would definately recommend this.. I dont know about other brands for comparison.

    Remotes Are Not Stable
    This mattress pad heated up nicely but the controls would not stay on our nightstands. The wiring is such that they pull off the nightstand and then you're left fishing it out from behind the bed. I prefer the old style of control that sits on your nightstand vs the remote style.

    DONE BUY THIS HEATED MATTRESS PAD
    WORST heated mattress pad I have ever owned. Heat coils are backward. Foot coils are by chest and no coils by your feet. The plug is 6 inches from the end of the mattress so your feet hit it all night long whenever you move. This is the 3rd one I have owned. Basically threw this one in the garbage as Walmart would not take return.
