Perfect for Wildlife rehabilitators
I bought these heating pads because they don't have the auto shut off. I use them under plastic totes to keep infant wildlife babies warm. If they continually shut off the babies who cant make their own heat would die. Thanks so mych for such a great product!

It burned me
I was recently on my heating pad and had terrible cramps and was using this heating pad. I've had this heating pad for a while now and never had any problems with it besides the fact the heat wouldn't stay true to its temperature, however this one time when I desperately needed it to excruciating pain it failed to do so. However, I fell asleep with it on and it literally burned the sides of my stomach. For someone who used this heating pad before and to have burn marks on my stomach truly saddened me. The heating pad wasn't even on high and I got these marks and I don't even know if it'll go away.

    Not my first rodeo
    Have purchased this product in the past and was very satisified. Bought 6 of them this time. Stocking up because this model does NOT have an auto-shut-off switch. This is very important to me since I have severe lower back issues and spend a lot of time "on the pad". When I want it off, I'll shut it off.

    The best Heating pad
    we use these Sunbeam heating pads in our home for aches and pains and to just warm up.........we also place them in cat shelters in our yard. They are the only pads that do not shut off....and the low setting just stays mildly warm. I have used some of the same pads outside for a couple of years now, and they stay on the low setting 24/7 from Dec through march........very durable

    I purchased this product for my pets who live in the garage... other heating pad automatically shut off.... I chose this item because it does not shut off and provides comfort to my outside pets! They say THANK YOU!

    Perfect for grandma!
    My grandma is 94. She had a very old Sunbeam heating pad that needed to be replaced. We couldn't find what she wanted in stores. She needed a simple switch dial so she could feel what temperature setting it was on. She doesn't see very well. I'm so happy you still make a regular simple heating pad.

    Dependable and effective.
    I'm a wildlife rehabilitator and have ordered more than 30 of this particular style heating pads. I have had a few that I have used for 25 plus years. I find it dependable and very effective to help incubate our hundreds of orphaned wildlife each year. It keeps their body temperature consistent when they can't regulate their own. It is an invaluable tool for rehabilitation. It is difficult to find a heating pad without an auto shutoff. This particular style is a good value and is very dependable.

    exactly what I was looking for
    I have had this heating pad for several weeks now and it has proven to be all I had hoped for. Without the auto shutoff it is perfect to use in the kitchen not only as a bread warmer but also to maintain warmth under recipes where extended warmth is needed (such as rising dough for certain breads). Also, in the spring I will use it to maintain warmth under a very small greenhouse for starting plants. May sound strange, but very effective.

    I like the continuing heat.
    I have been using this heat pad everyday. It heats up fast and stays on until I turn it off. I love it. I didn't give it 5 stars is because it rolls up like a sausage (I put it behind my back) when hot. If I don't straighten it flat then it will be so hard when it cooled down. I am more concern of the wire inside getting too hot and short fuse. Please give advice if anyone knows the reason. Thanks.
