this is 2nd time in a several years ago I purchased this same heating pad and am very pleased. Wonderful product and cozy covering. Was delivered in 2 days just as promised.

not hot enough
sunbeam really has tanked quality wise . they seem to focus more on the cloth covering on their heating pads and throws than the actual heating element within. I ended up returning this.

    It doesn't come with ties!!
    It doesn't have ties!! There's ties in the picture's but it didn't come with ties!! Great Product but C'MON MAN!

    Junk!
    It doesn't get very warm. I used only a handful of times when my back was bothering me. It no longer works. Never again and I will stick to the heating pads with the blue cover.

    Doesn't work
    It works sporadically. Multiple times I've tried to turn it on and it just doesn't turn on or do anything. Usually it will turn on when I leave it unplugged for a while but then one day it just stopped all together.

    Stopped working in less than 24 hours

    Heating pad
    I liked the furry cover and the heating worked well. I wish this would have been slightly larger, perhaps 2-3 inches in both length and width. I did not want one of the "large" sized pads, all of which seem to be the same width but about twice the length.
