Cuts through fan palms
I've purchased these in conjunction with the Sun Joe corded trimmer and boy howdy what a combo. Cutting through the bushes and palms (chamaerops humilis) of the southeast is smooth.

Expensive and one broke on first use
Expensive as a replacement blade as i live in Canada. tip broke on one when used the first time granted she did hit a rock

    Will it last longer?
    My nephew used one of these and it will have to be replaced for the next usage. I don't know if he used it against the sidewalk and chipped it or it doesn't last after one day of yard work.

    Easy to use
    The best weed wacker that I have ever owned, uses a heavy duty plastic blade. After using the Sun Joe weed wacker for a while, it took me less than one minute to replace the old worn took plastic blade. I love it, and its easy to use.

    Blades are greatest
    The blade cuts and does not get tangled with the Jasmine vines as the string weed eater did. Works great. Still need a little string weed eater touchup, but that is minimal and where the vines touch the rock edging and are too close to endanger the blade. So it cuts my workload by 60-70%. Hugh difference.

    Well....
    It is easy to use, but I managed to break two of the blades within 15 minutes. I don't know what changed, and maybe nothing did, but they don't seem to be as durable as I am accustomed to using from Sun Joe.

    Better than STRING!!
    Just getting replacements for my trimmer. These really beat getting string spool replacement/refills for my weed eater. I've been fooled, not once, but 3 times, when I bought spools of string to use in my old weed eater. I'd buy them in packages of 3 and find out that 2 out of the 3 spools were shorted. They were not full spools! Got tired of that. Now I buy these replacements and they last so long and I can clearly see I am not getting shorted!

    My perfect lawn tool
    I was so pleased to find this trimmer last year. It has saved my time and my strength. Good weight to handle and love that it doesn't have string! I have 2 other electric trimmers in my garage that are useless yo me because if weight and because i hate redoing the string! Go sun Joe!
