Works great! with Straight Talk Hot Spot
I purchase these because I live beyond the reach of cell towers. I use the pay as you go data cards when I plan to travel to a city where I need data for mapping, etc. This is very convenient and a good value. My phone uses minimal data, but the laptop uses more (by design). The convenience of placing an online order, when needed, vs. a contract plan is great for me! My 3rd time using this service. Keep up the good work, Walmart. I place the order and within an hour I have the PIN # to add data to my hot spot plan. Because I use data away from home about 1x3 months, I save money and only spend about $50-60/year on data compared to a month. This time when I reloaded it took Straight Talk almost a day to add data to my account, but Walmart was very prompt. (I did leave feedback for Straight Talk, as this was unusual for them).

buy the correct card or lose money
I am upset because I thought I was purchasing data to add to my phone plan when I called straight talk to activate it they told me that I bought a card that isn't compatible with my phone plan and additional to the $25 I spent on the card they charged me $10 more for the correct data plan. So because of the card policy I'm out $25.

    Works well with Moxee hotspot, and easy to set up, but would be more economical to purchase the 4 GB for $40.00 plan.

    No time limit
    Have only used twice and would be great if if there was no 30 day time limit on the card. There will be times when I use it and times when I don't very often. In other reviews I read one where they said there was no time limit but from what I'm seeing the cards are 30 day just like. The phone cards

    Everything sounded good, ordered the product only to find my Straight Talk phone doesn't support it. There is no mention in the description of incompatibility. You receive a code via email, I'm sure it's impossible to return. Overall I'm happy with my Straight Talk phone and service but this has been a frustrating experience.

    not as expected
    I have had this for a week used it for one day had no problem with this worked great, then tried to use on Monday and had some difficulty trying to use while outside, so not sure if this is worth it
