    Mixed.
    Poor packaging resulted in all 4 lids being damaged. One is cracked all the way through and needs to be replaced. Also, the box itself is cardboard that is too flimsy for holding 4 of these containers. The box had burst open and had been poorly retaped. I like the product itself.

    Very disappointed
    Arrived damaged! Love these bins…I use them to pack up decorations that I use to help decorate commercial spaces and thought I'd invest in some for my own decorations! Unfortunately they are ship only and the packing and handling of them DOES matter. I opened the box and started taking out the lids and saw that they were cracked and some of the bins had pressure spots on them. Had to order a second set because I only had one usable bin with lid, and ended up between the two packages having four usable undamaged bins with lids! Was kind of disappointed

    Would be great functional totes if the handles werent broken on half of them. They do not travel well, which is what I intended to use them for.

    1 out of the 2 boxes that I ordered only had 3 bins; but it had 6 lids (2 which are damaged), and 1 extra handle. Please inform me as to how I can rectify this dilemma. Thanks
