I'm very pleased with the product and the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend this playhouse to anyone thinking of purchasing one. My grandson absolutely loves it. He plays in it for hours.

Step 2 great outdoors playhouse
I just purchased 2 of these for my grandson ages 1 12 & 3 , they were smaller than I expected, but the boys like them, one came with a broken lid that goes on the grill... Very disappointing, I have messaged Wal-Mart.com where I purchased them to find out how to get a replacement for that. The play House is cute, I like that it is open ,so that I can see them in it.... My husband made wood platforms to put them on since they don't have floors in them, we put indooroutdoor carpet on those... They are not very sturdy made, but I guess I'm for the price.

    Good little playhouse.
    This place house is very cute for smaller toddlers (2-4). It takes a bit of time to put together (1hr) and you need to use a drill to screw in the screws. My son loves pouring water into the funnel, pretending to barbecue, and posting mail. I think it could be improved by putting in windows just to make it more like a house.

    Fun for big and small!
    This is a great house for multiple kiddos! There is so much to do from cooking to sifting sand and even "planting". Multiple kids can play at once which i love the most! This was a great addition to our backyard!

    Great playhouse, bad Step 2 Service
    My granddaughter love the playhouse. However, very disappointed. It arrived with a broken wall by the red door. I called step 2 customer service, said they would send out a replacement. I have not seen or heard from them. It has been several weeks.

    They love it!
    I purchase this playhouse for my grand daughters. They love it! My son assembled it easily following the enclosed directions. It did require an electric drill to get most of the screws in securely. The delivery company went above and beyond to make sure it arrived on the day it was scheduled. Very pleased with my purchase!

    Great outdoor playhouse
    My 2 year old son loves this playhouse. It took me a while to put together because you have to manually pierce through the plastic to get the nails through when you're screwing them in. My hands hurt for about a day after. But it was worth it because it is very sturdy. My son loves each feature, especially the BBQ and the water station. I only rated this 4 stars because I wish the inside had a floor instead of it being open on the grass, but that's not a big deal at all. It just would have given it a more realistic feel because the roof is so high it makes the whole house extremely open.

    Thank you Step2 for providing this playhouse as part of the Ambassador program!This is perfect for toddlers of all ages - I have a 20 month old and an almost 4 year old and I am very happy to say that the Great Outdoors playhouse is sized just right for both of them. With engaging features like a real water mill, a planter station and a built in play grill my kids love spending time in their playhouse. It was very easy to assemble, light enough to move around the yard by myself and sturdy enough to take on rough play. Overall, this playhouse was a great choice!
