Great low impact workout
This is my favorite piece of exercise equipment! It requires two people to set up but is relatively easy and quick to assemble. I am 47 and fairly fit. I have weak upper back muscles and have found this to be a wonderful way to exercise those hard to reach muscles. I have exercised muscles that I didn't know existed and were in desperate need of exercise! I feel that this was a good investment for equipment that I can use for the rest of my life! I'm so glad I decided on this purchase!

Not Bad, but could be improvements.
Although I received this package in pretty worn and beaten up box with rips in it (not impressed with delivery), the actual product is good quality and works well. I do have a hunch this was a returned product as one of the ropes was frayed when I got it and some of the packaging looked like it was opened and re-taped. Also read carefully, I thought the PRO XP would have springs, but instead it is the black bungee cords. It comes with 4 black bungee cords, so there are no half strength bungee cords and I will need to purchase a yellow cord.

    Love my reformer
    I love my new reformer, however a DVD with instructions is not the best. I would have preferred a site to go to to get instructions on using my reformer; I do not have a DVD player.

    What ever your age ‘move it or lose it'.
    I love this Pilates, I upgraded from a Reformer if anyone remembers that model. I decided to start up again after way to long. I'm an active “71”, movement is life, there is no other form exercise that activities and strengthens the body like Pilates. I'm very happy with the AeroPilates Pro XP 556. Thanks Rhonda, CA

    I'm loving it!!!
    I love it!!!! great quality for the price. The whole family can us it. My 12 year old loves the rebounder the most. It is a little tight for me I'm 5' 8 . But I'm new to this kind of work out but really loving it.
