Great intro reformer. A great workout!!
I LOVE it! It's a great for me to start with instead of those for thousands of dollars. It's compact & sleek enough for me to keep it on its stand in my living room. It wasn't too difficult to put it together with a You Tube video. It slides very smoothly...I'm very happy with this purchase.

    Aero Pilates Premiere Studio 700
    I am loving my new Aero Pilates 700. It replaces a very old machine that I " wore" out. I am 82 years old. This machine helps me strengthen my core , therefore improving my flexibility and stability.

    key for regular sessions per week
    I love having a reformer in my home. I visited an area and gym this fall where I could take 5-6 Pilates reformer classes a week. I couldn't believe the improvement in my core, my posture, my overall strength. I wanted to keep this up when I returned home, and a personal reformer was the only way. This was an excellent value, and it's perfectly functional and sturdy for home use by 1-2 people.

    A Lot of Machine for the Money
    This is a lot of machine for the money. I've done Pilates for over 20 years and literally wore out my old machine. This is my replacement that has totally met and exceeded my expectations.

    Okay for limited space but not without issues
    It's an okay beginner level reformer, but it has a bumpy ride and the ropes squeak after only a couple of months. The stand made a lot of noise until I put rubber washers in each of the slots as recommended by another reviewer. I wouldn't recommend this reformer unless you don't have the space and need to fold it. I leave mine out and wish I had purchased one that does not fold because I don't like the bumpy ride.

    Love my AeroPilates
    I first tried an AeroPilates last year with a lighter version then recently graduated to this fitness beast. It wore me out until I improved my fitness in a few weeks. It works my core, muscle tone and flexibility. I truly Love it.

    Absolutely love this Reformer!
    So glad I finally invested in a Reformer and could not be happier. The platform guides so smoothly and the Exercise DVD's have helped me get started with basic movements. Having the rebounder option makes cardio fun again, as well as easier on my body. This Reformer is so versatile and so easy to use.
