Zinc Since Covid
Covid has been good for the vitamin industry, for sure. Spring Valley seems to be the most popular brand for supplements. Since I am not educated about these things, I read the reviews and look for expiration dates and check costs against numbers of doses in each bottle. For information about what each thing does for the body, I usually check YouTube and try to find out what educated professionals have to say. Getting two or more who agree about the item is a good idea.

do some research 50mg is too much and greatly imabalances you copper levels also zinc gluconate is the worst form why do you even sell this

    Amazing product
    I noticed that since I started using Zinc, if I got wounds, it heals better %26 quickly. And if I catch colds, it dramatically heals immediately. I can say, I got better immune system since I started Zinc.

    Easy to swallow and don't taste bad at all
    These are small and extremely easy to swallow due to their gel like coating. The pills smell of vanilla and also have a faint vanilla flavor unlike some of the other varieties of vitamins.

    I definitely will keep taking these every day!
    My doctor told me to start taking zinc for my VERY FREQUENT leg cramps. For me, my leg cramps are absolutely horrible. The pain is awful. Now I take 1 zinc before bed and one whenever I feel a leg cramp starting. I feel so much better. The price is great, the results are outstanding (for me) but I would DEFINITELY CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING A NEW MEDICATION, even an over the counter one. It's work's wonderful for me and really helped me. The quality is outstanding, the amount is decent and the cost is low.

    Too many mgs?
    Don't take without eating. Did so one day and violently puked for 20 minutes afterwards and felt sick for hours. Not sure if I'd recommend this, maybe a lower mg.
