Do not buy these..... They are made from corn and not good for you. After I got them home and found out what they were made from they went into the garbage.

    Great value!
    I love Spring Valley supplements. I like to take Vitamin C to brighten my skin and it helps. Other vitamin brands give me an upset stomach. Spring Valley doesn't.
