Low on Energy
I have been taking the Spring Valley Vitamin D-3 for about three years now because of chronic fatigue. Before taking the D-3 softgels 5000 lu supplement, I could barely put one foot in front of the other, I still have some fatigue issues, but nothing close to how I felt before. I would definitely recommend this product.

HOT SOFTGELS DELIVERED DAMAGED FROM HEAT.
WHEN i OPENED THE PACKAGE, THE WERE EXTREMELY HOT. THYE WHEY WERE DELIVERED ONLY A FEW MINUTES BEFORE i BROUGHT THEM IN. WHEN I OPENED ONE BOTTLE OF THE SOFTGEL VITAMINS WERE ALL STUCK TOGETHER. NOW i HAVE TO RETURN THEM BECAUSE OF INADEQUIT PACKAGING.

    if the dr. says vitamin D they mean this it is really good stuff and one pill is easy to take vs 5. it kept my vitamin D levels up

    I was glad I was using this when the pandemic hit. I guess it helped because I am still Covid-free after taking the vaccinations. Whether it helps with bone conservation, I don't know. I just keep taking them.

    Vitamin D 3 Softgels
    Most people don't have to take this high of an IU tablet. I am close to having a vitamin D deficiency, and that is why I take these. My bones are not as strong as they should be. Taking these keeps me from taking a prescription high dose (50,000 IU) Vitamin D pill for a few days. All I can say is keep your bones strong!

    Spring Valley still made in Made in China??
    D3 is so good for fighting many illnesses. Only downfall is Spring Valley vitamins are made in China...but so are most of our antibiotics

    Most doctors recommend at least 1-2000 units of vitamin d daily. This is 5000 a piece and they are the same size gel caps. Easy to swallow and works good for vitamin supplements

    Living in the Pacific Northwest my bit. D levels have always been low due to little sun exposure. These suppliaments assure that my levels achieve and remain at normal levels throughout the dark, cloudy winter months.

    Love 'em!
    My doctor has me taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D per day. The previous ones I had were large capsules. Due to a surgery I had, I have a really hard time swallowing them. These are wonderful! They're very small softgels and are very easy for me to swallow.
