Great absorbing! I was taking the gummies for a while, started feeling horrible, they weren't even absorbing at all, watch it ppl, don't jump to get gummies for everything, they don't all absorb or well.

I'm hoping that FedEx did not just do it on the back porch like it looked when I came home and the wind blew it across the carport. But FedEx does not offer a how did we do. I guess they're afraid that they wouldn't get the best rating.

    Vitamin D is so important when it comes to maintaining good health. I've been taking these supplements for such a long time now and I'm very glad that I started taking them when I did. A number of studies have shown that vitamin D deficiencies have been prevalent in a number of Covid cases with bad outcomes. Although vitamin D does not prevent one from getting Covid 19, studies show that patients with sufficient Vitamin D levels have had much better outcomes and have avoided the most severe and critical symptoms associated with Covid 19. It's estimated that approximately 42% of all Americans are Vitamin D deficient. Therefore I believe it is of the utmost importance to take this vitamin daily to supplement your Vitamin D levels

    Fine but it buying again
    I e gone supplement and vitamin crazy. My doctor has asked me to STOP wasting my money. So when Im done with what I have, Im not buying any more. I assumed it could only help me by adding more collagen to my body. He insists that since I have no deficiencies - Im just helping my urine be expensive. The worse part about this is that I have a ton load of other stuff - ashwghanda, oreganol, Blackseed (cumin) oil, vitamin D, Zinc, potassium, probiotics, fish oil, silica, wheat germ oil, charcoal, colloidal silver, greens, ginger, garlic, biotin, and at least another 10 more...

    Great product and so much easier to swallow one little round gel ball than the two dry round tabs I was taking before. I like to stick with this daily dose. It must be protecting me because this is first winter I haven't been sick with anything and I don't wear masks.

    Since being diagnosed as having extremely low Vit D levels I have taken this. In the beginning I was given a prescription in order to get the levels up but afterwards I took this. It keeps my levels where they need to be. The symptoms of low D vary and you may not even know it. Symptoms include depression, bone pain, fatigue, mood changes, muscle aches and cramps and should be diagnosed by a medical professional. Since taking this I don't have any of the symptoms. I won't be without it.
