    Looking for a Quality supplement for a budget minded individuals then you might want to try out this product before going and wasting money on name brand supplements that only afford name with little benefit. I have been using this B12 supplement to boost my daliy energy out put and it seems to help with a good everyday routine of not feeling run down and doesn't imped on sleeping routine either doesn't keep you up allowing you to fall asleep getting a good night rest and repeat the next day if need be I very satisfied with this supplement for quality and price.

    If you have a good digestive system no doubt you can take it, lots people do I suppose, supplements upset my whole system and I end up using them for fertilizer in my herb garden.

    I started out taking these B12 supplements to counter medication B12 loss. Lab work indicated I needed 5,000 mcg B12. This is neither a positive or negative review. Supplements are a personal issue ... one pill does not fit all.
