Really good sublingual B-12
Years ago, the doctor found I had a vitamin B deficiency and I required Vitamin B injections for over a year. Since then, I have gotten this sublingual and I take 2 a day at different times, and my test results keep showing my deficiency is gone and not returning. Plus these have a pleasant taste to let dissolve under your tongue. I recommend these.

Delivered an OPEN/USED bottle of B12 vitamines.
I received the pill and just went to open them only to discover TODAY the the bottle had already been opened and MOST of the pills were gone. It had been used!!! What the heck? I'm calling to get my money back and to return it for free! I have put it in a ziplock bag in case they want to check the finger prints and discover who could have done this! It's ridiculous!

    Fits the bill for fitness.
    On a plant based diet change. This 74 yo. guy noticed that Doctors, researchers, books, periodicals all recommend one of the few vitamin supplements to take is B12 2500mcg/day. Good price. fits the bill but work with your own Doc or dietician.

    was super skeptical, but did notice a difference
    I definitely notice a difference the day after I take one of these. I noticed that the day after I took one that I would have a little more energy to do tasks. I have fibro, chronic fatigue, and EDS, and after taking this, I would actually have the urge to get something done. I would still have the pain and several days recovery portion of my issues, but I was still able to do what I needed to do at the time, which is good for when I have something that I absolutely need to do, but the fear of recovery would stop me. I also have issues with swallowing pills, so this one being dissolvable was perfect.

    Easy to take if you don’t like to swallow pills
    I like the quick dissolving part of this along with the flavor. The cherry flavor might not be for everyone but I enjoy it. I haven’t checked if they make them in a different flavor. Good amount of your daily recommended amount and so easy to take.

    Love the taste, that they dissolve under your tongue. Had some gummies, but kept forgetting to take them. I can put this in the container with my daily pills and gets taken every day. Great price.

    My family and I trust Spring Valley as a name. We have purchased our vitamins from them for many years. What I really like about the B12 quick dissolve is that it is gentle on my stomach too. It quickly dissolves, so you definitely get that much needed energy boost throughout the day. The vitamins are always fresh and are always at a reasonable price.     Pills missing from bottle
    I ordered this product and when it arrived, there were no tablets in the bottle. I have never had this to happen. The top of the bottle was sealed and also had the plastic wrap around the top of the bottle. However, when I opened the bottle, there was nothing in there but the packet to keep the pills fresh. I tried to start a return, but you have to box it back up and ship it back. I tried several times to notify Walmart in Moultrie, but they never answer the phones. I need the vitamin b12 that I ordered, but don't know the next step.

    Best Vit B-12 I have ever taken.
    This vitamin B-12 tastes great! Dissolves rapidly. And, it's cheap. Does it work? Heck, I don't know. The quack Doctor I see told me I needed to take it.
