Good product for a very good price
I'm happy with the Walmart's Spring Valley Vitamin B12 500 mcg Sublingual supplement. I have been using it daily for a long time since I need to use a sublingual B12 supplement. This brand is working for me and I don't have to pay more money for the same dosage but with a "big brand name". I feel is a good product for a very good price that is working well for me.

    Love these B12s
    I prefer the sublingual B12 due to better absorption. I take 2 a day per my doctor. The store was out so it was easy to order online.

    Delivered promptly; good product.
    500 microgram pills are given although we only need 2.4 micrograms per day. There are no smaller dose pills that I can find and will take these once a week or less frequently. Still, the package arrived very fast and the pills are as expected. Sublingual pills supposedly can avoid several problems encountered with ingestion of pills, including a higher rate of malabsorption by older people on average. Can't be bad.

    Good taste.
    As an adult who has been given the advice of my nutritionist to take these I find they are effective and have great taste. Dissolves completely and is like a nighttime treat.

    Terrible and harmful
    These are China made and the other byproducts are definitely harmful. New should be in any vitamin. Mannitol, Crospovidone are harmful ‘Other Ingredients'

    good taste
    I stopped eating meat and my doctor recommended a B12 supplement so I started taking this one. It is easy to dissolve under your tongue and tastes pretty good.

    Not vitamin B deficient anymore...
    I had my yearly blood test and MD said I needed vitamin B shots if I didn't increase a certain part in my bloodwork that supports bB vitamins so I purchased Spring Valley chewable vitamin B microlozenges and I am totally good. Bloodworks improved and my mind just works better.

    Eased my pain.
    I told my Doctor I was having a burning sensation in my feet. She suggested that I try Vitamin B-12, I did and it has helped a lot. It no longer feels like I am walking on hot coals.
