Disappointed
These do not dissolve easily and so I end up swallowing them. Not what I expected at all. I've tried other brands which are much better. I decided to try these due to the low cost. Sometimes I guess you get what you pay for...

    I bought this product to help with a changing sleep pattern due to work schedule. They work fantastic! I slept very well and felt refreshed when I woke. I'd highly recommend.

    Great natural product!
    Helps to balance your energy levels to break the couch potato munchies. Also helps the brain to respond to the bodies need to move. If your dragging around with the blues, take one and your mood will lift a bit and you will feel more like moving.

    Taste like a sour berry candy
    Love the flavor and the easy to dissolve aspect of these. Sure they taste a bit like a sour candy but they are vitamins and a good amount of your daily source from a quality brand. I would purchase more since you only get 45 in a bottle.

    Good B12 I use daily
    I've been using this item for a long time. I put 2 tablets in my morning coffee. It disolves fast and adds a touch of sweetness and gives me a little extra energy boost.
