My doctor recommended a B complex, but the capsules I first tried smelled awful. Normally, I don't care for artificial flavor, especially anything red, so I was hesitant to try these. But they have a surprisingly good strawberry candy flavor. It reminds me of those hard strawberry candies with the soft centers. Oh, and the B complex seems to be effective.

Read the label! Not all B vitamins!
These are misleading. They do NOT have B1 in them. Because I've had a gastric bypass I need to supplement with vitamins. I ended up with a B1 deficiency. Look at labels. Don't be fooled by the title. It is not a complete B vitamin profile!

    Never thought I needed B-Complex. However, this is very strong for healthy nerves. It keeps nervous system strong and gives the body energy it needs. My husband and I have been taking this product for several years.
