I've been using this product for over 4 years on and off I don't take it all the time you shouldn't only take it when I have problems sleeping for more than two days I take one every week I take one twice one one day when the next until I my my my sleep pattern adjust you cannot take this medication or supplement if you have a heart problem high blood pressure you cannot take this

No Valerian odor/Ineffective
I have used Valerian root for years; it has a very distinct odor and this product does not. For me this brand was completely ineffective for mild anxiety and sleep issues. I ended up throwing this away and bought my regular brand.

    Insomnia is gone!!
    It makes a big difference to help me sleep!! I don't really need my prescription sleep med anymore!! I have always had trouble falling and staying asleep but the Valerian Root has helped so much!! Thank God!!

    Bought for my mom who has notorious sleep problems. I think it helps her a little, but it's hard to say because nothing works great for her, including prescriptions. The couple times I've taken it it seemed to work well for me, without leaving me too groggy in the morning.

    Usually damaged boxes
    Items always arrive as ordered, but almost every shipment box arrives damaged. Not sure what is going on with the shipper but one time our whole shipment was lost and we ended up getting it a couple weeks later. The box was so damaged, it was a miracle we received it and that the items were intact.

    A sleep aid that works
    This helps me drift off to sleep easily. The capsule does smell bad so I hold my breath, pop it in and drink water to send it down my throat. No more smell.

    Good service delivery
    Valerian Root has a distinctive odor. Kind of like dirty socks. That doesn't take away from it's effectiveness and that's why I buy it; not because it smells good.

    Completely Ineffective
    My husband and I tried this for sleep after my son said it worked for him. Unfortunately, we were not as lucky. Does nothing to help either of us relax or sleep. Will stick with melatonin.

    Started this product and Starting to Like it!
