    They are Vitamins, Not Alchemists' Gold
    I'm not sure what there is to say about these. They are vitamins in pill form. The pills are round and reddish. The individual pills are a little small, but easy to swallow. I haven't paid a lab to test the B12 content so I just assume they actually are B12 vitamins. I don't know, maybe they are really refined uranium but I've been taking them for almost a year now and have yet to develop any super powers, holes in my stomach, or the ability to speak Catalan so we can probably assume they are just B12.

    I have a ConsumerLab membership and they reviewed this brand of B-12 and it came out recommended. They actually test the pills and make sure they are of the potency they claim to be. It's amazing how many supplements out there don't actually contain what they say they do. The pills are very small and easy to take.

    Online WalMart is best place to shop.
    my family is spoiled to walmart online shopping. Almost everythng we can is ordered online and shipped directly to our front door. This saves time in driving, parking, walking, waiting in line, ect. EVERYTHING Walmart ships is top notch, packed exceptionally well and shipped fast. could not do without Walmart!!
