I got exactly what I ordered and in a timely manner. However, the driver left the package in the driveway, out in the sun, rather than putting it on the porch like all other delivery personnel.

    A great vitamin for health
    I really love using Spring Valley B100 time released. This complex high in water soluble B vitamins sends out in my urine anything my body can't use so I feel safe using the higher dosage of b vitamins. I have used this for years.

    IMPORTANT B-VITAMINS!
    I always feel so much better when I take these! Seems that if your low on one B-vitamin you're low on them all and the time release aspect keeps the added level constant. There's no need to worry about getting too much though. B-vitamins are water soluble and excess washes from the system thru urine. Just be aware that means your urine will be bright yellow on days you don't use as much!
