NOT a good B-Complex. Look elsewhere.
Super B always gave me a lift after stressful workouts or mentally involved work. This stuff doesn't. Instead, it gives me a headache that's reminiscent of having had way too much coffee. Something in the formulation is off. Keep away from this stuff!!!

    Buy This Vitamin . IT Does A Body Good
    Well when I open the bottle . Yes it smelled . Smelled of vitamins . I bought these vitamins because I been sick and went through antibiotics. And truth be told my body was actually run down from being sick for over a week . Did it help it . I won't say the vitamins didnt help . I felt a bit better everyday . And honestly though I was drinking my water after have two rounds of antibiotics. I felt I might need an IV so I started drinking more water and gatorade with these vitamins. I feel a whole lot better for sure . And I know also it was the care of a good doctor and staff that listen to exactly what I needed too . I bought / purchased the vitamins to supercharge my body which comes with eating a good balance meal .

    Great for staying healthy

    I've been taking this medication off and on and the week I decided to do it for 7 days in a row it has turned my urine bright neon yellow. It freaked me out so much. But they do work and the odor is very disgusting you must take this medication with some food or something
