Ratings for supplements are subjective. You can't prove it one way or the other. If you think it makes sense for you take it and it doesn't matter whether it does or doesn't do anything as long as it does no harm.

    This vitamin is good for many issues.
    I am taking four doses per day per my doctor. I have been on this for about six weeks, so I have not seen the results yet. My doctor seems to think that Super B complex is a cure all for many things. The only issue is that taking this makes my urine dark yellow. My doc said that it is a common result from taking this vitamin.

    GREAT PRICE thru United Healthcare. Hubby takes these specific vits because he has trouble swallowing big pills, and these are smaller than most. High B-complex assures he feels good all day.
