Lower my cholesterol
My Dr., suggested I try fish oil when my cholesterol numbers were a bit high, so I ordered these and have had blood test done my cholesterol is great. No prescription drugs for me if I don't need them.

Wrong item. Not the same as in book.
Thought these were the burpless or odorless ones and they are not. Not sure if I can return them and switch or not.
