A big helper
These chewables have the best flavor. Recommended by our pediatrician to heĺp us have a less difficult time at night with our really energetic child. They absolutely assist in good relaxed sleep with no negative effects.

    Safe calming for fur baby
    I go holistic as much as possible for me and my fur family, my newest baby is a rescue ( as are all) and this melatonin is not only safe and effective at calming her, she likes the fruity taste and will happily consume on her own as soon as offered. I detest anything that has to be forced on any fur baby. Definitely a win!

    Fantastic product for me
    This product helps me to fall asleep in spite of pain, insomnia, and restless legs. My Serequel just needed s boost and 3 mg of Melatonin does the job. While I have fantastic results, others say it hasn't helped them but it's affordable enough to try with your doctor's oversight.

    Any drug needs you to pay attention to your body
    I moved to a tropical environment and the light seems much brighter. From the moment I got here my sleeping pattern altered. So I tried this on a nurse's recommendation. Works, but I'm concerned it interferes with natural production. I need to read up on it. If I forget to take it, the next thing I know, I'm up to the wee hours, still awake. Will give you a morning foggy brain that takes a little time to shake. In general and as a lifestyle I avoid pharmaceuticals because they typically have risks greater than benefits. So, as that type of person, and the fact my natural sleep appears to wane with this use, I only recommend caution and looking into before you adopt this. Use it or loose it is a biological fact, so I have concerns that taking this might give me issues I didn't have before. I might just need a black out curtain. ;) Make peace with what worries you. Turn off the tv and internet anti-social media…before you resort to chemicals to sleep.

    The most reliable variety Spring Valley makes.
    I like the berry flavored fast dissolves Spring Valley makes because they work better than other fast dissolves made by other brands. However, all the other melatonin varieties made by Spring Valley are very unreliable, sometimes they have high potency and sometimes they are a waste of money. Most of the time, it's a waste of money. If you are looking for a timed release variety, choose Natrol.

    A Good Night's Sleep
    this product really works. i have an ling standing problem with falling asleep and, because of pain, staying asleep. i have only used this 5 mg. nelatonin once, but I fell asleep within an hour of taking it and, for the first time in years, slept through the night. The rapid dissolving tablet tasted pleasant, and my only criticisms are that I was a little dizzy and unsteady on my feet during that first hous after taking the pill, when I (had to let the cat and dog out and back in for the night, and I was groggy for a while after I awoke in the morning. i think I will try cutting the 5.mg. tablet in half and see if that corrects these problems. Still, this is a very good product for someone who is chronically sleep-deprived.

    These are good for when you don't always keep water next to your bed. They quickly dissolve within seconds and taste pretty good. You don't wake up groggy the next morning like with some other brands or kinds of sleep aids. The value for the price is appreciated too. These are good as needed for extra rest.
