    No time to eat well daily? Take one each day with some food... will perk you up very nicely. Slow down for a good meal soon, though!

    Provides the needed iron, but also causes constipation. Have used other brands of iron and did not have the constipation problem, so seems to be unique to this brand. For that reason, I do not reccomend.
