Still unsure of the long term effects
I don't really notice any effects of it yet, so I cannot say much about this product. It says to take 3 times a day, which I also haven't done so maybe you need to take all 3 each day to get the end results.

    I started taken these at 4 months pregnant with my 4th baby..I never got stretch marks with my first 2 pregnancies but got a few with my third so this time around I started taken these and so far no stretch marks at 9 months pregnant and my skin nails and hair look gorgeous and is super strong

    Great for Skin Health - Need Better Size
    Works well for maintaining healthy skin %26 minimizing wrinkles. I wish they would be smaller though. I gag when I swallow pills of this size %26 sometimes I end up vomiting it all out.

    I've using these for about a week or so. I don't know if I suppose to feel different or better but I don't. Maybe it takes a while. I know Collagen is a necessity when you are older because you lose so much of it. So we will see what happens.

    I used this collagen before and it worked great but I thought perhaps more expensive collagen might work better. IT DOESN'T! This product made my nails noticably stronger and once I had switched to another collagen product, my nails began to break and peel. Worth more than it costs!
