As I was aging I noticed that I was losing more hair than normal and I wasn't able to regrow lost hairs and length. I decided to use a hair, skin and nail supplement and chose Spring Valley. after about 2 months I saw less hair loss another 2-3 months my hair was growing again and much less hair loss. Now my hair is quite long with only a few strands of normal daily loss. I'm extremely happy.

    I was losing more hair than I thought I should, so I decided to try these. They do seem to help quite a lot. My only warning would be not to do any bloodwork while on them because they change your values. You have to be Off them for 3 days before doing bloodwork. Other than that, they did help my hair and nails.

    taking 1 instof the 3 recommended on the bottle and you'll get everything you need. that also means this will last you 3x longer than the bottle states.

    This has happened before and needs to be corrected

    Haven’t been taking this product long enough to have seen any real results yet but I am hopeful! The serving size is 3 caplets but at least they aren’t too big!
