    What is Folate, I just wanted Folic Acid.
    I only gave this product 3 stars because I do not know what Folate is. I have been taking 800 mg of Spring Valley Folic Acid everyday for over 10 years. Now the Spring Valley bottle has Folate in large letters on it. I am thinking maybe I should switch brands to one that just has Folic Acid on it. Right now I a taking 2 of these everyday. These are much smaller tablets. I hope I am getting the same benefits as I did when the bottle simplely had Folic Acid written on it?
