Peaceful sleep
I take one tablet 1/2 hour before I want to go to sleep. Then I drift off peacefully and stay a sleep all night. It does not make my brain feel foggy in the morning.

Blech!
The fast-dissolve cherry-flavored ones from Walgreens were out of stock last time I needed them, so I bought these instead. Big mistake. They have a medicinal taste that doesn't go away once they've dissolved. Just plain nasty. Will go without before I settle for these ones again.

    Tastes bad.
    These tablets do make me sleepy, but I don't care for the taste of them. I would prefer to take a pill or gel cap.

    Fortunate
    actually works on off the counter, took it while it was prescribed to me during Texas but just got back on last night. Went to bed early, but woke up too early. i struggle with insomnia so ain't nothing new there.

    I love this Melatonin. it's all I use and I have been using it for a year now. It dissolves under the tongue so fast and has a faint grapey flavor. Reasonably prices and a good amount in the bottle.

    They Really Work!
    I was doubtful that these would really work. But they do! My husband and I usually watch tv until we're ready to go to sleep. 30 to 60 minutes after taking the Melatonin, I can feel my self starting to drift off, so I turn the tv off and I'm off to Dream Land! My husband's usually already there.

    I have had trouble falling asleep for years now, and have been using these for about 2 years now. I can't say for sure, but it does seem I'm falling asleep easier now. Another benefit is I can give one to my dog if she's anxious, nervous or scared. It calms her and helps her sleep. I love the strawberry taste and I let them dissolve in my mouth. Pretty good
