It's much faster than the tablet form. The taste is fine. Helps me get right to sleep without feeling groggy the next morning!

Includes artificial sweetener sucralose.
This contains sucralose, an artificial sweetener that causes side effects for many people. If you're among them, avoid this - several days of severe abdominal pain isn't worth it!

    Happy with product… bottle damaged horribly
    Always love this product… everything about it was great. However, the drive-up employee shopper who chose this particular bottle, picked one that looked like it had been ran over ! Product inside was sealed and fine… but still !

    Doc says 3mg at bedtime. If it is a rough day, I do 6 to 9 mg but I always tell my Doc. Don't keep secrets from your Doc. Get the OK

    Effective, but nasty taste
    Yes, it's effective for sleeping, but the taste is absolutely disgusting. I like another brand that is so much better.

    Works like a charm for me!
    I just needed a lil something to push me over the edge on nights where I'm feeling a little bit more stressed than usual. This has worked like a charm for me! I cut them in half so I'm just taking 1.5 mg about 30 minutes prior to bedtime. Would recommend to others.

    Works Too Slowly
    I bought this melatonin because the dose is lower than similar products. I like that it's chewable. I take two usually and they take forever to work. I'm not sure this melatonin is effective at all.

    great for dogs afraid of fireworks!!!
    got these for my pitbull. he gets terrified of the fireworks. last night he slept through them all. yay! looks like the 4th won't be as traumatizing to him like the last few years! happy dog mom here for sure!!! happy dog too!

    Best Melatonin for Sleep
    This is probably the best melatonin you can get. It works better than than the regular tablets, and takes anywhere between 20-30 minutes for me before it just knocks me right out. It's perfect for DSPS; I highly reccomend!

    Tastes like strawberry candy. Wasn't my thing.
    Don't think I'll buy these again. The price was reasonable, but these crumble into melatonin dust inside the bottle and the ultra-sweet strawberry candy taste of the tablet, which you are supposed to let dissolve in the mouth, isn't really my thing. Although I think some people might be just the opposite and really like the ultra-sweet strawberry candy presentation of these. To each their own.
